Vintage Levi's jacket with huipil from Chichicastenango

Vintage Levi's jacket woman's M, We have used a hand woven huipil from the village of Chichicastenango.  These are highly prized.  A woman uses a back strap loom to make the design line by line.  Normally it takes 3 to 4 months of weaving every day. .  We have the entire front panel of the huipil on the bad.  This is old style, with bold flowers and the sun motif that was around the collar.  Portion are on front yokes and for the accents, collar, cuffs, and front belt area we have used a multi-colored corte that was hand loomed.  This jacket it a prize all the way around!
